The RAF Museum's Conservation Centre will be opening its doors to visitors for behind-the-scenes access to aircraft conservation work for one week only.

1950s and 60s Music Hall Evening

Step back in time, and along to some fantastic music, at our nostalgic 1950s and 60s-themed music hall evening at Blists Hill Victorian Town.   To kick-off the evening we’re serving up a delicious feast of Coq au Vin with Peas and Croquette Potato followed by Black Forest Gateaux in the atmospheric Forest Glen Refreshment Pavilion. After you’ve enjoyed our home-cooked dinner we’ll be taking to the dance floor with a night of fantastic music and entertainment straight from the Rocking Fifties and Swinging Sixties!

Lilleshall Antique, Arts and Vintage Fair with Rebecca Newman

This event will be a unique experience for both trader and customer as we team up with critically acclaimed ‘people’s soprano’ Rebecca Newman for the first ever joint Antique and Classical music experience.

Ellesmere Craft Market

A one day craft market showcasing the high quality product produced ny local crafters. Products range from cheese to knit wear, ceramics and jewellery. This popular craft market takes place between 10.00am and 5pm in The Market Hall, Scotland Street, Ellesmere. Admission is free, refreshments are available. Sit outside in the large garden at North Farm B&B Shrewsbury, bring a bottle of wine, soak up the views and spot the wildlife on our doorstep. Swallows and House Martins are in abundance in the summer months, together with sparrow hawks and buzzards.
